These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mole Detective website and services (the "Service") operated by Automaly LTD ("we", "us", or "our"). Mole Detective is a brand of Automaly LTD. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Service Description
Mole Detective is a triage service that provides initial assessments of suspicious moles by qualified dermatologists. Our service helps identify which moles may need further medical attention and which are likely benign. The Service is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Medical Disclaimer
The Service is intended to be used as a triage tool only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or seen on the Service. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.
5. User Content
Our Service allows you to upload, submit, store, send, or receive content, including but not limited to images of moles or skin lesions and related health information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that User Content.
When you upload, submit, store, send, or receive User Content to or through our Service, you give us permission to use that User Content for the purpose of providing the Service, including analyzing the images and providing an assessment. This permission extends to our authorized third parties who assist us in providing the Service.

7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Automaly LTD and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Automaly LTD.
8. Limitation of Liability
